My drip coffee maker just died, so I'm reduced to using a percolator. The first batch was absolutely horrid, and reminded me why I switched to drip in the first place.
I only make 16 ounces at a time, and my coffee is already ground for drip. Any hints on making good strong coffee? (I like 4 Tbsp coffee for 16 oz. in my drip machine.)
I also have a french press, but that coffee turned out even horrider. (Dibs on a new word!) Any hints for using this?
