I am a newbie here... brand newbie!!!
I am tired of buying expensive steaks, only to ruin them.
My goal is to cook a flavorful aged steak that comes out like the steaks in the finest restaurants.
I would like to know how to cook from start to finish... including prep.... pots... pans... temperature... seasonings ( if any)
I like them to be medium.... tender... yet, full of flavor
When I eat at, let's say at "Smoke" in Englewood, NJ I don't have to use any sauce to enjoy it.
What's the secret?
Also, feel free to email me your reply (oliversolo@MAC.COM) , because I am not sure that I can retrieve the reply from here....
And thanks to Chris S for showing me this board.
