I have a 2.1 oz jar of Penzey's Natural High Fat Cocoa. My recipe (Ina Garten's Brownie Pudding) calls for a high grade Cocoa Powder. The Penzey's jar doesn't say "powder," so I'm wondering do I need to go out and get something different? Something that actually says "cocoa powder?" The recipe calls for 3/4 cup, so I feel like I have a very intense version of cocoa in this 2.1 oz. jar. Thanks for any help as I am making this for Christmas dinner.
