Two Brooklyn chowhounds--one Canadian, one, uh, not Canadian--spending a month in a cottage in Penetanguishene, hoping for some chowish advice. We plan on lots of fish-and-chips and the occasional (or more than occasional) box of Tim Bits, and lots of fresh stuff from the fields and orchards, but welcome any tips.
