Im looking forward to barbecue in my neigborhood, with the New pearsons coming in on 81st. I called the queens branch to ask if they were going to cook the meat in queens and truck it in, and they said yes. Now, this was before the times aricle last week, and I think the person didnt know what she was talking about. But my question is, if there is a brand new cooking apparatus, how long should one wait before it's "seasoned" and the meat is ready to be eaten.
