(PDX) Cafe Pasion?

Has anyone given this little hole-in-the-wall a shot? It's on S.E. 7th Ave at, I'm guessing, about Market Street. Used to be something else (duh). Its menu seems to be strictly gringo Mexican (platters, chimichangas, enchiladas, the occasional relleno). Of course, if executed well, it could be tasty. Looking at the place and its menu reminds me of nothing so much as Mama's Mexican Kitchen in Seattle's Belltown, a serviceable if undistiguished burrito-ry. But the proof of the flan, of course, is in the eating. . .
