I am lost on what size decorating tip I should use to make profiteroles. My recipe calls for a 1/2 inch tip, I'm not sure what that means, but I bought a #9 plain tip that will not fit into a large coupler.
Can anyone help me out? Can I use the tip without using a coupler? The last time I tried that, the tip kept slipping out of the bag. Should I use a smaller tip that will fit into the large coupler? Help please! Thanks.
