Hadn't been to Memphis Minnie's in some time, so I was happy to see Pastrami Wednesdays as strong as ever. This is a succulent smoked brisket, brined and rubbed with pastrami seasonings, that melts in your mouth under a brioche bun. A small slather of South Carolina mustard sauce added the perfect tang. The accompanying pile of fries were hot, crisp, and loaded with seasoning.
Price is a bit steep at $14 and change with tax.
