Does anyone else remeber how great Pasta 101 was? Went there all the time while in school in SB in the early - mid 90's.
I still have dreams about their black bean ravioli with pasilla cream sauce, cilantro, and sweet corn.. Heavenly! And their caesar was excellent as well.
The beauty was the simplicity. A literal hole in the wall - walk-up window, cheap prices, and food my mouth still waters for over ten years later.
Does anyone know where the Pasta 101 guy went after IV?
