Passover cake question

I will be baking two large cakes that I need for Tuesday. I would love to bake them ahead and freeze them, if that would be okay.

They both involve separating the eggs and folding in the beaten egg whites at the end, if that makes any difference. Lots of nuts in each one, also.

Do you think I can freeze them? Or isn't it necessary?
