What parts of a frog are edible?

Walking down Mott St. in NY's Chinatown last week, I was startled by a couple of huge buckets filled with live frogs in front of one of the fish markets. They were decent sized frogs, which got me wondering--do people eat other parts of the frog besides its legs? If only the legs are edible, it certainly seems like a waste given the ratio of body/torso to leg...

Not that I'm planning on buying some to cook up any time soon, but I'm curious.
