Looking for Paris for recs for 2 dinners capped at 100€/person and 1 less expensive dinner

I'll be spending a couple of weeks in Paris, but have 3 nights with a friend who is not familiar with Paris and has requested 2 "splurges" where we can spend up to 100€ for each of us. I realize that this won't get us into the top restaurants, but I was hoping for suggestions as to what the nicest meals we can have within that budget are (and we want to stick to dinners, not lunches). For our 3rd night, we're looking for the best less expensive experience we can find. For an inexpensive dinner, in the past I've liked La Regelade (more than L'Ami Jean) and I didn't love l'Ardoise; the food was fine but it was passed with tourists and I didn't enjoy the setting. Also, I would like more traditional restaurants, both in terms of ambiance and food - places that are more typically Parisian that we couldn't find in NYC. (One of my favorites is Chez Dumonet - which I will definitely get to on my own, but doesn't feel as "special" as what my friend is looking for.)
