Paris Michelin Restaurant in the $200 usd range

Hi All, Going to Paris in October and initially wanted to try Le Jules Verne because it was located in the Eiffel Tower. Then I saw the reviews and pictures and it didn't seem too impressive. Someone mentioned L'Atelier being a better option and I've always wanted to try Joel Roubuchon's restaurants as well. There are 2 in Paris. Which one would you recommend and why. Being a tourist the Champ Elysee location looked more attractive. However, I have one in Vegas not too far from me. Any recommendations? In the $200 usd range. Would ideally want French food or a fantastic location/view. We really just want one great meal since we will be doing the tourist thing and most likely eating junk the entire trip.
