Paris Michelin 1-3 Stars with less seafood, more meat?

Traveling with somebody deathly allergic to fish and shellfish but want to enjoy some of the best restaurants in Paris. Any suggestions? I have search on viamichelin and found a few possibilities, but I'd like some expert opinions.

It is fine to have a mix of seafood and meat, nobody is going to die if the next table has a lobster, but the best restaurants seem to be pretty seafood heavy.
