Paris Hotels -- Feedback requested

Fidelixi | Mar 2, 200201:32 PM     13

I am arranging the honeymoon that my fiancé and I will be taking beginning at the end of June. We're going to go to Paris for 3 days and then head to Provence where we have a house to stay in for 2 week, from which we can explore that area. In Paris I am looking for an upscale, intimate hotel -- I don't want glitz, but rather something discreet but done with style and finish. I like the St. Germain area, but am open to other ideas. These are the hotels that pique my interest, and I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience (positive or negative) with any of them:

HÔTEL DE L'ABBAYE

HOTEL D’AUBUSSON

HOTEL MONTALEMBERT

HOTEL DE MARRONIERS

I have searched the boards and not seen these mentioned. Also, we are aiming to have a few memorable meals. I have searched the boards for this, too, and feel well prepared to make some choices however I of course welcome any new suggestions. Again, I am looking for the same qualities as in the hotel -- top-notch quality in a restrained, elegant setting.

Thanks for all your help!
