Paris gourmet with a nouvelle twist

I've eaten at many of the top Paris restaurants. While most of them are superb, a 12 course, 4 hour, 400 Euro meal gets to be a bit much, as does the often heavy, classical cuisine. During a recent trip to Paris, I ate at two excellent restaurants, both of which were a bit more casual and had much more modern food. They were Market and L'Atelier de Roubocon. While they may have been a bit too hip for their own good, the dining experience was excellent. Can anyone reccommend other Paris restaurants that are a bit casual withh modern cuisine?
