Went to jack and the box today (Vermont and 6th) and decided to try the new pannido. Unfortantely I would have to say jack let us down this time. First of all, the sign said the sandwhich was a foot long. Mine was maybe 10 inches (I didn't have my measuring tape, but I held it next to my straw and they were about the same size). At first bite I found the meats fresh, but something was lacking. It seems like there should be bacon in it (like the sourdough jack!). And the "Natural Swiss Cheese" the menu promised would probably be better replaced with the cheese they use on the tacos. The service overall was ok, but the lady at the register didn't seem to want to give me more than two ketcheps when I asked. Is there some sort of shortage? Anyway, I would say skip the pannido and wait for mcdonalds to bring back the McRib.
