We are branching out on the lobster front tonight, and want to try pan roasting it. I plan to try following the Jasper White recipe that's floating around online -- Pan Roasted with Chervil and Chive.
Has anyone tried this recipe, this dish or any other pan roasted version or recipe?
I've done grilled lobster and love the flavor you get from roasting and slightly charing the shell. I'm a bit intimidated by this, though.
Any advice welcome. Thanks in advance!
