Pain D'Avignon is back!

Missing from the many discussions of best bread in Boston has been Pain D'Avignon, from down on the Cape, whose bakery burned to the ground last year.
They're back in business! i bought some of their Pain de Campagne, the huge loaf sold in chunks, by weight, and cheese bread at the Whole Foods at Symphony yesterday....The woman said their retail store isn't open yet, but they're doing wholesale now. The new location is across from the Hyannis airport.
