Hello all, so with the paella dish of the month thread my intention is to finally start making a paella. Problem is I need a new pan. I've been looking on amazon and local shops and these are the ones that I'm considering right now:

1) Paderno paella pan 11115-32
I already have the 28cm and it's a wonderful pan. Getting this one also means it can double as a big frying pan. Problem is that amazon now sells it at at least 100 euro.

2) Lacor Chef luxe 36cm
Beautiful looking and thick bottom - but would the latter not hinder paella making? Also not available in 32 cm, and I'm a bit afraid this might be too big. I plan on cooking for say 4 people. On amazon Spain currently around 100 euro with lid.

3) Lacor Chef classic 32 cm
This one is available in 32cm at 60 euro, but would it be okay?

4) Traditional carbon steel 34 cm
Something like this: https://www.amazon.de/Garcima-5020063...

Also I found this on paella pans in general: https://www.paellapans.com/Paella-Pan...

Any experienced users care to chime in? Thanks!
