Paella cookware - what should I look for?

Myrrh | Aug 23, 201511:27 AM     10

I would like to purchase a Paella but am not sure what works best. I'm considering a small size (enough for 2 people who don't eat large quantities) and would like the ability to cook over a charcoal fire. Beyond that, I'm not sure if I should look for stainless or cast iron or ??

I found a 10" stainless (18/8) that seems to fit the bill, but not sure if cast iron (something heavier) would be a better choice?

Price isn't too much of an issues (something reasonable, under $100).

Please share recommendations and thoughts -- most appreciated.
