Best Oyster/Raw Bar in the world?

What's the best oyster/raw bar in the world? I was wondering about this after reading some negative reviews (that I entirely disagree with) of the Grand Central Oyster Bar on Chowhound. I'd nominate the GCOB as the best for the very wide variety of oysters that are always available there, as well as a wide variety of fish and exotic things like live sea urchin. There's an atmosphere that varies, from old NYC to cafeteria/diner, depending upon where you sit and there's no seaside views, so I guess these would be negatives. Other places I like are the Union Oyster House here in Boston, for the history, and two excellent newcomers - Neptune Oyster and B&G Oysters. I've also had some great oysters in Toronto, Seattle, Pittsburgh, Portland ME, and other places (not yet in SF, sadly). I wonder what places you 'hounds think have great oyster/raw bars?
