I had the most remarkable oyster at Blue Fin the other night, which is in Hingham. The shucker at the bar brought this find to my attention. He had recently found it an undisclosed location. Huge, something like 20 years old - sorry I forget the details, but it was so large as to cut it in fours, and each bite was so rich and buttery with that whole taste of the ocean going on...no way you'd mess with it by adding condiments! Quite the find for a once in a lifetime taste treat!
