As part of my no cooking weekend, we went to Pho Sai Gon on Booth Street. I think it must've changed owners as there has been a marked improvement. It was excellent! We started with some incredible shrimp/pork spring rolls that were out of this world, followed by pork/rice/basil rice paper rolls and then Pho Ga -- the best I've had in this city. For the three of us, it was a whopping $30 and we were STUFFED. I ordered a medium pho which was way too big for me.
