Joy on Somerset (at the corner of O'Connor) is an excellent place to dine if you have a lot of time on your hands. We were seated and waited almost 20 minutes before a waitress came by to take our drink orders (and this was because someone from our party went to the kitchen to get her). The place is cozy and was full but still had a few empty tables. The food was excellent - presentation was very good. The freshness of all the vegetables and fish was super. The only thing - again was the service. At one point someone in our party waited for almost 10 minutes for her entree to arrive while some of us waited with chilling tempura. The food was good but the service was very bad and not that they were rude or short - they were attentive but just not quick and slow service can leave you with a bad impression. For dinner we were there in total 3.5 hours - no dessert or after dinner drinks, we were just to tired to wait any longer. The prices were reasonable - almost on the considerably cheap side (not sure that paying 14$ for a bento is worth the incredible watiing time for food to arrive) ... We will try it again - but definately not for lunch.
