When Chef Paul was here the food was better but now I feel the standard has dropped somewhat. Pricewise, it is on the high side. There is a new Executive Chef from Austria and a new kitchen team. I would give this place a miss for some time until the new team settles down and hopefully things improve. As The Travelling Gourmet I have tasted food and wines all over the world from no star to 6 star and I think Chowhound is great for no holds barred, hardhitting, objective reports and reviews. Yeah, baby, yeah!
