Orlando (answer to question on NYC board)

Was in Orlando a few months ago - if you like Outback Steakhouse, you'll love Orlando! I was disheartened to find Sizzler, Ruby Tuesday, Ponderosa, etc... for as far as the eye could see. We had two good meals though (both a little surprising). We went to a steak place (I can't remember the name for the life of me) that was predictably mediocre, but the steak itself was quite good. I'll post again if I can remember it. One very pleasant surprise - in Disney World, there is an area called Downtown Disney. This was the only place we could find a likely candidate for good crabs and lobsters. Called Fulton Crab House or something. I don't know much about oysters, (and either did the waiter), but these were skippable. The Stone Crab Claws were great, so was the crab and lobster special. There were some other places there that I was very skeptical of (including Emeril's and a Wolfgang Puck venture), but hey maybe these are good too. If I remember correctly (this is going back a few years), the French restaurant in "France" in Epcot isn't bad at all.

Good luck.
