I am trying to imitate Nobu's Miso Black Cod or Bobby Flay's miso ginger marinated grilled salmon. Basically, trying to imitate the flavor and could adapt to a suitable type fish.
I purchased Organic soybean paste/white type from Naganomiso.
A few questions. Has anyone tried this product and/or the recipe for above? How did it come out?
Another question, is there is no expiration date on this product. It just says that you should you it as soon as possible which leaves the door wide open.
