We're going on vacation for a week+ next month. That will be around 18 meals at restaurants. Let's be realistic, some of these NEED to be lower-fat choices.
I know to get broiled, not fried. Sauces on the side. Chicken instead of beef. But, I've ordered broiled fish in the past and it comes drenched in butter. Knowing that the chef needs to use some fat to make it look and taste restaurant worthy, is there some special way to order low-fat, and GET low-fat?
