I want to get take-out from Chung King for a big party (15 people), it's one of my favorites and not as expensive as Lee Garden, Lai Toh Heen (my other favorites).
I'll get some of their classics like sauteed green beans, crispy beef, terriyaki chicken (the latter being a personal favorite), etc.....
Can anyone recommend the best way to order duck for take-out? I like the way they give you peking duck 5 ways when you dine there but can't recreate it at home. It's not a sit down meal, probably going to have paper plates even.
Any other dishes I should include that would have mass appeal? Everyone likes Chinese food, but many are more familiar with the General Tsao type dishes you get at Mandarin.
