We have reservations for this Friday night. The following dishes have piqued my interest:

~ seared day boat scallops: a warm salad of diced vegetables, pine nut-currant vinaigrette

~ prather ranch kefta skewers: grilled grassfed beef & grapes over cucumber & torpedo onion salad, black sesame vinaigrette

~ basteeya: baked phyllo pie with a filling of saffron braised chicken & spiced almonds, draped in powder sugar & cinnamon

~ fennel crusted longline-caught yellowfin tuna: seared rare, roasted tahini sauce, tunisian salad

~ devils gulch ranch rabbit: hungarian paprika smothered, baby carrots, grilled asparagus, parsnip purée, bing cherries

~ kumquat enriched niman ranch lamb shank: bergamot infused dried fruits, cranberry couscous, grilled green onion
