Oliva is a really good Italian, but be careful to ask the prices of the specials

I love this place, solid food and great service - if you don't mind the drive I highly recommend it – as you can see if you go to the web site, great pasta’s can be had for $ 10 and meat/chick mains for the mid-teens – last night had 2 specials, one a euro-brisket puppy that was in fact to die for but was $ 20 and the branzino was $ 25, which again was wonderful, but quite a bit for a simple dish. Felt like some vin santo & biscotti to end things, but instead of having a set little glass cookie combo like many places offer, they sold them separately. Again, I am not pissed because the place is good, but a simple meal for $ 110 (inc $ 25 for soso wine and tax/tip) was more than I wanted to spend for a quick bite, I think there should be some continuity between normally prices items and specials.
