new oils- any ideas?

I bought some great oils at my local asian market-avocado and pumpkin. So far I have made a few awesome salad dressings, tossed some grogonzola raviolis w/ the pumking oil and drizzled the avocado over fresh basil and tomatoes. Any other fun recipes to showcase the mild flavors? thanks~
