Ode to the simple.... first time i've broiled a whole fish in ages

and i forgot just how good it is.... branzino tonight - a little salt and pepper, olive oil.. stuffed w/ lemon or lime slices
4/5 minutes a side

then oil, lemon or lime, and dried oregano on top when its done
