I'm on a special diet where I'm allowed to have a certain amount of peanut butter a day. Measuring it with a measuring spoon leaves so much of what I'm allowed to have, in the measuring spoon. If I use a regular spoon, I'm either cutting myself short, or getting too much. I have tried spooning some into some saran wrap and putting it in the refrigerator. I can then cut off a piece and weigh it, which works ok, but I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions on a better way.
