October 2019 COTM Announcement: VIETNAMESE FOOD ANY DAY

ad7yn | Sep 29, 201907:42 AM     20

Hi everyone, our next Cookbook of the Month will be VIETNAMESE FOOD ANY DAY: SIMPLE RECIPES FOR TRUE AND FRESH FLAVORS by Andrea Nguyen! We can use this thread to chat about the book before our reporting threads go up on October 1. Voting thread is here if you want to see how it all went down: https://www.chowhound.com/post/octobe...

Also, feel free to post links here to any online recipes from this book. This helps us expand access to the recipes in the book so more of us can cook together next month. Thank you!
Take a spin through our previous Cookbook of the Month winners here: https://www.chowhound.com/cookbook_of...

We always enthusiastically welcome reports on any prior COTM, so please post any recipes you cook from past selections.

**Newcomers** -- if you've never experienced the creativity and camaraderie of Cookbook of the Month, we would love to have you! No experience necessary. Just plan to make a dish from the book and post your report, with bonus points for photos of the dish. We're a warm and welcoming bunch and we love it when our group grows to include new participants! :)
Thank you so much to all who took part in our selection process by nominating and voting!
