So, I know steel cut oats are supposed to be the best for you and rolled oatmeal in the general public seems to be most popular, but why not oat bran? I was looking at the nutritional label of oat bran and is lower calorie and higher in fiber. AIt would seem that oat bran should be more popular. Is it not as healthy for you for other reasons? Not a whole grain? Digested more quickly? Lose vitamins. Someone please enlighten me! Thanks!
