I’m a little little to the game here, but if someone could make some suggestions for a last minute trip to NYC I would be most grateful!

My husband and I are leaving tomorrow morning for a last minute baby moon trip to NYC. I’ve always wanted to experience the magic of the holidays in NYC - unfortunately we’ll only be there for one night but I imagine we will be back soon.

We plan to arrive early Sunday morning and depart early afternoon Monday, and will be staying close to Madison Square on Park Ave. The only thing we have planned is to visit the Union Sqaure holiday market. Any other suggestions for must see quaint and non tourist holiday visits would be great.

The only other plan is a continuous food tour. We both have a high appreciation for great culinary experiences and are looking for recommendations for the best breakfast, lunch, holiday bars (hubby will appreciate this - I’ll settle for a mocktail this trip) and dinner spots. For dinner we are open to cuisine and would like to keep the bill under $250 for both of us. We’re open to traveling to diffferent neighborhoods, but given our short visit we would like to keep it to a minimum to make the most out of our trip.

Thanks in advance!
