Here we are almost 8 months into Covid quarantine, and the majority of us decided it makes the most sense to stick with an online source for our COTM. We voted for David Lebovitz’s blog as our November Cookbook of the month. You can find the blog here: https://www.davidlebovitz.com/ Because there is no book to buy, this is both the announcement and reporting thread. Be sure to check out the "recipes" tab, where you can find recipes sorted by type.
When reporting on a recipe, please put the title in ALL CAPS. And since the recipes are online, please include a link. If you are the first to report on a recipe, make your report as a reply to this post. If someone else has already reported on it, make your report as a reply to their comment. That keeps all the reports for a recipe grouped together.
To see a list of all our previous selections, visit our COTM archive. All the threads remain open for comments and new reports. https://www.chowhound.com/cookbook_of...
