Can anyone tell me about noni, a sort of knobby green fruit(?)/veg(?), 3-4 inches long, with a surface resembling a cactus paddle? I saw them in the market here in Thailand the other day, yet no Thai seems to know whether it is a fruit or veg, and some have told me it originally comes from the US (?). I've also seen it in juice form, usu sold in organic stores and vegetarian restaurants. Should I cook it? Eat it raw? Or is it only for juicing?
