nominations for best souvlaki vender?

Even though lots of the street food carts come out of the same few garages, there are some that are much better, but how to find them? Its really hit or miss. Id like to know where the really good souvlaki vendors around the city are. Bty my favored souvlaki has tender (not gristly or soggy!) well seasoned meat and yogurt-based garlicy white sauce (NOT mayonnaise)

My own nomination for a really good souvlaki is the guy at the SE corner of 7th Ave and 12th Street - good meat, well seasoned (he salts the sandwich too) and really excellent white sauce, full of garlic and cucumber slices.

The woman at 6th and 14th (also SE corner is ok, but not as well balanced - too much stuff dumped on the meat too much smoke, just too much.

Cmon and tell us where some other good ones are!
