In a fit of enthusiasm, I bought a pricey bottle of Noble Tonic 03, 'maple matured sherry bourbon" vinegar. I've tried it with olive oil as a vinaigrette salad dressing, but it didn't wow me. Any suggestions for how to use (and appreciate) it?
