I am going to spend one night (tonight!) in Sacramento, and have been having a heck of a time coming up with a Chow-worthy place to have dinner. I am not looking to break the bank at all, just a good place that I will enjoy and remember for sometime afterwards (and that I can tell my DC Chowfriends about when I see them on Friday for a DC-area chowfest).
I am thinking perhaps of Squeeze Inn, but am not sure that a) I can make it by 7pm or b) want to commit to a hamburger, which seems kind of pedestrian. Anything ethnic worth trying? C'mon, Sacramentonians (?)! There has to be something!! Surely by now there is a great Tyrolean place for your governor to go to...???
