Nice pho in Leominster, MA!

I met up with friends tonight halfway between Somerville and Amherst, and after looking on chowhound last night, we decided to meet at A Taste of Vietnam in N. Leominster. The restaurant was almost full at 7 PM on a Wednesday night, and we had a pretty good meal. The highlight was the beef broth pho with meatballs that I ordered. Large serving was generous, served with the usual lime, basil, bean sprouts and green chilis that had a real kick! Very good, not best pho ever, but a treat for the Fitchburg/Leominster area....

Friends had wonton soup (not bad, but not amazing) and the vermicelli with spring rolls (fried spring rolls served over plain vermicelli, also not very exciting).

Ate dessert at Dairy Queen even though we wanted to try to find better ice cream....did we miss out?

Passed by a Thai/Laotian place on Route 12 in Fitchburg, close to the airport I think....has anyone been there?

Taste of Vietnam is on route 12 in N. Leominster, very close to the Fitchburg border, only a three mins off of Route 2.
