Fierro's is a small, family-run market located in tiny Lattimer PA (just north of Hazleton). All meats, sausages, prepared foods, baked goods made on premises.
Incredibly good beef sticks, kielbasa, sausages, hams, etc. Their hot dogs are among the best I've ever had. There's so much good-looking stuff in the meat case I've only tried a small fraction of it.
I've not tried many baked goods; they make all manner of wonderful-looking sausage breads, pepperoni pockets, etc. as well as sweet items.
There's also coolers-full of prepared foods/salads/side dishes/etc. Italian and Polish influences are apparant.
An amazing operation, it's truly a throwback to the past.
