I know that I won't be able to replicate many (or any, realistically!) of their recipes at home, but can I do a drink? Maybe, maybe not. I really enjoyed my "Up the Alley" soft cocktail, so I have googled it and here's what I THINK it contains: pressed honey crisp apple juice, maple syrup, lemon and sparkling cider.
So, I have figured out how to press the apples without a press (I'll freeze them, and then extract the juice). But I really don't know what proportions I should use for each of the ingredients. Does anyone have a working recipe that is exact, or kind of close?
My taste buds are waiting!!
