We keep egg custard in the fridge often. I discovered a quick way to make it. Using your favorite recipe use a pitcher. I use a $1 plastic one from dollar store. Use a stick blender with the blade to mix. You can then pour into the custard cups, rinse the pitcher, fill with water and pour for the water bath.
