I found this interesting article, which can be read from your computer as a.pdf file. If you are interested in natural or organic foods, this should be interesting. I admit I did not know that Kashi was owned by Kellogg. I hadn't given much thought to the use of 'natural' on food labels, ascribing a meaning that it does not necessarily denote. Here is the link.
