Natural Chicken Grill vs. Chicken Kitchen

Covert Ops | May 19, 200611:43 AM

I just saw the great Bob Mervine mention a downtown Orlando location of Natural Chicken Grill, which I had never heard of -- I looked it up, and it seems like an exact copy of Chicken Kitchen, that staple food of University of Miami students. (Sad side note: 5 years after graduation, I still remember the phone number to the Red Road location. And when I drove down to UM from Stuart for a conference in November, even half asleep on my way home, I HAD to stop there and bring some back.)

CK serves Chop Chop, chopped-up grilled chicken over yellow rice with a pita and this awesome mustard-curry sauce. NCG's Web site didn't mention sauces, so I'm not sure if they are exactly the same.

Can someone please explain the difference? And is there yet a third chopped-chicken-and-yellow-rice string of franchises that might hopefully stretch into East Central FL? *wishwishwish*
