We're starting to think about our summer vacation, and I am having a harder time than normal pinning it down. We've been to many places in Europe, and Lulu is sort of sick of long plane rides. She's never been to any of the big parks out West, and I thought maybe if we could find a spot (Jackson Hole? Somewhere near the Grand Canyon? open to ideas) where we could stay and have day trips from that spot, it would be great. Ideally it would have a pool and tennis court. And of course amazing scenery. My memory of driving from the West Coast back to the East includes no great food, but lots of amazing views. Is it possible to see any park (I'd love to see Yellowstone) and eat well?
